2020 San Antonio University Women In Tech Symposium

The University Women in Technology Symposium targets female students from colleges and universities who are enrolled in or interested in computing, engineering, or technology programs. The event includes inspirational speakers who will share their wisdom about this exciting profession and prepare you for the job market. In the afternoon, a panel will inform you about transitioning from the classroom to your first job. Be sure to have your resume ready to share with potential future employers. This event is a great way to successfully enter the computing profession or to discuss opportunities for an internship.

​Jennifer is an Associate Manager in Accenture Federal Services with 8 years of functional and technical experience.

She uses her combined experience to lead her teams to successful delivery and support of Oracle EBS Suite applications. 

Jennifer is passionate about the power of collaboration, enjoys solving complex problems in challenging environments, and applies her analytical skills to find creative solutions

Ashley Pearson
Threat hunter 
​USAF CERT
Ashley Pearson is a former system administrator turned threat hunter. She has spent the past 3 years of her 8+ year IT career specializing in cyber security.

She currently works at the Air Force Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT) as a threat hunter where she has been able to dabble in digital forensics and incident response. 
 She continues to feed her passion by actively participating in the InfoSec community, attending conferences,  pursuing higher education in her spare time.
